Mrs. Lindsay Blackburne

Mrs. Blackburne is excited to continue her 6th year at Cox Mill High School. Prior to teaching at Cox Mill High School, Mrs. Blackburne taught dance at Hopewell High School in CMS as well as Coolidge High School in Arizona to build their first dance programs. She graduated from Jacksonville University, in Jacksonville, Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Dance Education.  Following graduation, Mrs. Blackburne continued her professional dance career performing on Disney Cruise Line for two years where she met her husband who is from Australia. Last June, Mrs. Blackburne wrote her first instructional book for dance educators and is proud to be an official published author. Mrs. Blackburne looks forward to working with your children and building the Cox Mill High School dance program.

2nd Block- Proficient/Advanced Dance

Spring Semester: 

1st Block- Intermediate Dance

2nd Block- Beginning Dance

Announcements:

All students are required to pay a $10.00 activity fee for the year.  Students will need to supply themselves with a lock for their locker room. 

Each day students should dress out in gym attire.
