Welcome to Mr. Appling's Drafting Class.  I am from Shelby, NC.  I attended Appalachian State University (ROLL NEERS) where I received my Bachelor's degree in Career and Technical Education- Trade and Industrial Education. This is my third year of teaching, and I am honored to be a Charger. #MillMentality
