Hello Chargers,

I started at Cox Mill High School during the start of COVID, so it has been a ride for sure. I am coming up on 3.5 years and absolutely love my job! I graduated from nursing school at UNC-W. Go Seahawks! I have been a nurse for 12 years which has provided me with lots of experience ranging from adults to pediatrics. While working in the hospital, I was on the acute pulmonary and general pediatrics floor. After that, I ventured out to out-patient in specialty clinics and family medicine.

I was born in Los Gatos, California, but relocated to Chapel Hill early on, and have lived all over North Carolina. My husband and I started our home in Huntersville a few years ago. We have two wonderful children, Katherine (4), and Owen (2). I also have a Boston yorkie mix, Riley who is along for the ride.

I have a huge passion and am a strong advocate for mental health. I can't wait to meet you and your students. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything.
