Mr. Truth Freeland

Hello, my name is Truth Freeland. I was born and raised in Topeka,Ks but will have lived in North Carolina for 11 years now. After graduating high school, I attended Warren Wilson College where I played basketball my freshman year. After the 2014-15 season, I transferred to UNCG and graduated with my B.S. in Kinesiology in the summer of 2018. 

This is my first year teaching Health/PE at Cox Mill High School but I am not entirely new to the school. Last year I was a TA for the PE department at W.R. Odell Primay while also an assistant coach for the boys basketball team here at Cox Mill. With the new year, my position(s) within the athletic department has changed. Currently, I am the new Strength and Conditioning Coach for ALL sports, the Head Women's Tennis Coach, and Assistant Basketball Coach for both the boys' and girls' teams. With that being said, I will be at most of the athletic events supporting my players.

If I am not working, I am probably asleep or hanging out with my dog Letty.
