My name is Coach Sheets and this is my sixth year teaching at Cox Mill High School. I am the Strength and Conditioning Coach, Defensive Coordinator for the football team and Head Tennis Coach. I wear many hats in the building and pride myself on helping our athletes in any way possible, starting with developing and preparing them for success on the athletic fields/courts. During this year of uncertainity I find it even more vital to our students health to maintain a high level of fitness. Challenging yourself physically makes for a mentality that can help prepapre you for other challenges that you may face in life.
