Ms. Rebekah Houchen

Hello Wonderful Second Grade Families! I am Rebekah Houchen and I am your second grade teacher this year. I student taught here at Hickory Ridge Elementary and I am very excited to be continuing my time here at Hickory Ridge Elementary School! 

I grew up here in Cabarrus County in Harrisburg. I went to Pitts School Road Elementary, Hickory Ridge Middle School and then Hickory Ridge High School. I have enjoyed my time at Appalachian State University so much that I am continuing my education and I am pursuing my Masters in Reading Education. 

I am looking forward to partnering together. Go Cowboys!
