Mrs. Gibson

Welcome!

My name is Tiffany Gibson. I will be your child’s 5th grade math teacher. I am so excited to join the Hickory Ridge family. I look forward to getting to know your child and watching them take on new adventures. 

I am originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I moved to Charlotte in 2005 to obtain a teaching career. I’ve taught 1st grade, K-5 Science Lab and 5th grade. This will be my 3rd full year working with just 5th grade. 

I have a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. The most rewarding part of my job is watching all the children grow.

If I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can find me in my sewing room. I love creating new projects. I am a mom of 3 wonderful children. Football season is my favorite season. I love all Pittsburgh sports.
