22 years in education comes to a close
Jani Selven is a newly retired education professional with 22 years of experience in the field. As a third grade teacher at Adams Elementary, Jani has had the pleasure of impacting the lives of many 4J students through her work. She will miss teaching students calligraphy, doing clay, singing and teaching about every country and location in the world, while watching her students mature and grow as people and academically from fall to spring each year. Her next big adventure is to return to Adams Elementary 3rd grade to volunteer. Jani is looking forward to the idea of making a difference as an individual while building relationships. In addition to her time as a volunteer, Jani will garden, learn to knit, and travel once there is a vaccination for COVID-19. Congratulations, Jani!
