Dear 2020 retirees,
Congratulations on your well-deserved retirement!
This is a bittersweet moment.
Each of you has made an impact on the life of many students, contributing to the education of our young people and playing a critical role in the future of our community.
We will miss you and your contributions to 4J.
This year we have 65 retirees who have given a total of 1,363 years of service to the district. Among you, there are 28 classified staff, 33 licensed staff and 4 from the administrative ranks.
An education changes lives and has the power to change our world. Nelson Mandela famously said, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Thank you for your work in 4J. I profoundly appreciate your dedication to the noble profession of caring for and educating our students.
