27 years in education comes to a close
Brenda Brainerd is a newly retired education professional with 27 years of experience in the field. As the Director of the NATIVES program, Brenda has had the pleasure of impacting the lives of many 4J students through her work. She will miss the kids and the 500+ yearly classroom presentations on various tribal topics. She will miss working with the teachers and administration on the implementation of SB13-Tribal History/Shared History. Brenda’s next big adventure is doing contract legal work for a couple of Indian Tribes in Washington and Oklahoma and continuing with SB13 implementation and working with 4J in some capacity.
