For students residing outside of the Peninsula School District boundaries:
- You may enter your CHOICE Transfer Requests anytime the WA State Portal is open. PSD considers these requests, for the next school year, between May 1st to May 31st.
- PLEASE NOTE: Transfer decisions regarding acceptance or denial of requests for next school year will be made within the 45 day limit. School Board Policy 3140/3140p states CHOICE Transfer decisions, for the next school year, will be made no later than July 1st (which is within the 45 days from May 1st and May 31st.)
- Applications will be accepted thereafter for students when and if the student/parent can show good cause.
- Applications will continue to be accepted as received from families new to the area.
