Program Summary

PSD is offering online summer learning classes for students seeking a .5 credit in Health (incoming 9-12), P.E. (incoming 9-12) or College Career & Finance Exploration (CCFE; incoming 10-12 only).

The program:

• Costs $150 per course, with financial aid available for families eligible for free/reduced lunch; 
• Students must begin coursework on Monday, June 24; and
• Students must fill out the Registration Form and pay the $150 registration fee with their school's bookkeeper to be officially enrolled. Registration will open on June 6 and closes on Thursday, June 20 at 12pm

Eligible Students

Incoming 9th through 12th grade students.

Date and Time

Students must begin coursework on Monday, June 24. Coursework must be completed by August 5 at 12pm to receive .5 credit. 

Location

Online for Peninsula High School, Gig Harbor High School, and Henderson Bay High School students.

Registration

Students must fill out the Registration Form. It is encouraged to speak with their counselor prior to registering. 

Please pay the $150 registration fee with their high school's bookkeeper. Contact the bookkeeper if you need assistance with the online payment. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is made. The last day to register is Thursday, June 20 at 12:00pm.

Students will receive a confirmation email by Friday, June 21 that they are enrolled in the course. The course will show on their Schoology course list by Monday, June 24.
