The transition to Hybrid / SSO learning has brought unfamiliar changes to elementary teachers’ Synergy TeacherVUE accounts. Although all Synergy TeacherVUE documentation can be found at this link, this web page is a one-stop-shop for Hybrid/SSO information. I can log in to Synergy TeacherVUE, but I cannot see my students in order to take attendance. My classes are stuck together. | You have multiple sections attached to your TeacherVUE account which need to be separated to view them individually in the seating chart. |
I teach at two schools and cannot see students at my other school. | Open the Class Focus menu (the drop-down menu at the upper left of Synergy TeacherVUE with your name in it) and click the small arrow/chevron at the upper right to expand the Class Focus menu so it display schools. Select the desired school and click on the section(s) that appear at the bottom of the Class Focus menu. |
I want to email parents using Synergy Communication. | Watch this video. In the “To” field, be sure to place a check beside the correct “Classes for Message.” Classes with no students will not receive the email even if checked. |
