This 2014–15 student calendar has been revised to include furlough days.

First Semester

Oct. 10 (F) No School — State In-Service Day 
Nov. 11 (Tu) No School — Veterans Day
Nov. 27–28 (Th–F) No School — Thanksgiving Break  
Dec. 1 (M) No School — Professional Development/Planning Day
Dec. 2 (Tu) Classes Resume
Dec. 22–Jan. 2 (M–F) No School — Winter Break 
Jan. 5 (M) Classes Resume
Jan. 19 (M) No School — Martin Luther King Jr. Day 
Jan. 30 (F) No School — Semester Grading Day 

Second Semester

(82.5 days)

Feb. 2 (M) Second Semester Begins
Feb. 16 (M) No School — Presidents Day 
Mar. 13 (F) No School — Professional Development/Planning Day (Restored Furlough Day)
Mar. 23–27 (M–F) No School — Spring Break
Mar. 30 (M) Classes Resume
May 1 (F) No School — Professional Development/Planning Day
May 25 (M) No School — Memorial Day 
June 5 (F) No School — Grading/Parent Conference Day 
June 10 (W) **Last Day for Students (Early Release) (if no hazardous weather makeup days needed)

**Snow Days: Please be aware that the final school day may change. If there are any snow days (school days missed due to hazardous weather) they will be substituted for a scheduled furlough day or made up on days added at the end of the school year.

School Variations: Individual school calendars may vary slightly. Please check your school’s calendar for additional important dates, such as parent conference days. Each elementary school may schedule up to five (5) early release days or up to two (2) full days for parent conferences.
