Welcome! I am excited to be joining the amazing faculty at Biloxi High School this year! I have been teaching music to a variety of age groups for the last 27 years and I am happy to be back in the classroom this year. While I enjoy singing, my passion is the piano. I attended William Carey University where I earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance, followed by earning my Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am looking forward to teaching students to play the piano in the wonderful piano lab here at Biloxi High.  I also will be teaching dual-credit Music Appreciation this year and am excited about an entire class devoted to exploring musical styles, composers, and music history.

I am married to my wonderful husband Todd, who is the worship leader at First Baptist Church of Biloxi. We have been serving in music minstry together for as long as we have been married--which is 25 years! We have five beautiful daughters and a cute (boy) dog named Bandit.
