Ms. Hayley Whitehead
My name is Hayley Whitehead, and I teach Sophomore Government and Advanced Placement Government and Politics. I am in my ninth year of teaching and my seventh year at Biloxi High. I am a co-sponsor of Student Council. I am a recipient of the 2018 James Madison Fellowship which funded my graduate work focusing on constitutional studies. I am a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi for my undergraduate degree, and I completed my graduate studies in the Fall of 2019 from William Carey University.
