Jessica Moss
I am the Culinary Arts teacher at Biloxi High School's Career and Technology Center. I earned my BA and BS degrees from the University of Mississippi and earned my Masters in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. I have my ServSafe Manager certification, and I am also a certified instructor which allows me to teach the program to year 2 students. Our facilities are inspected by the Health Department twice a year and we are proud to maintain an A rating each year. Food safety, personal hygiene, and workplace safety are of the utmost importance and these skills are taught and activietly practiced throughout the school year.
