Once your event/requirement is finished and your reflection log(s) are complete, you will want to keep track of all your logs and additional evidence. You will use your logs to help build your final portfolio website. In order to keep track of your digital logs and all other evidence, complete the following:
- Make a folder in your school account. Title it Your Name - Portfolio - Graduating Year (Ex: John Doe Portfolio 2026)
- Within that folder make four folders for the four years you are in school (Ex: 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027).
- These easy-to-use year bins are where you throw whatever documentation you need for that year. That's the LEAST level of organization if you'd choose 🙂.
- For those who want to be even more organized, within each year folder, make category folders (ex: within the 2025 folder, make one folder titled Field Experiences, one titled Volunteer Hours, etc.)
- Share your main folder (John Doe Portfolio 2026) with your STEM portfolio advisor
