    This course is a progressive program of weight training. In addition to weight lifting, this course includes agility drills designed to help the athlete improve his speed and quickness. This course is primarily for athletes in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades.

    This course is for students interested in careers in the sports medicine field. Topics include first aid and safety, musculoskeletal and surface anatomy, sports medicine terminology, sports injury treatment, prevention and rehabilitation.
