Welcome to Mrs. Strickland’s Foods and Nutrition 1 class. Prior to entering the classroom, I spent 16 years as a Flight Attendant for US Airways and the past 15 years in Student Services with Cabarrus County Schools.

I am originally from Concord, NC and earned an Associate in Medical Assisting and a B.S. Degree in Allied Health from Wingate University. I am married and have two children. My hobbies include working on my farm, walking, shopping, going to the beach, and cooking.

I am excited to be a part of the CTE Program at Northwest. Go Trojans!
