Hi, and thanks for checking out my web page. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you a little bit about who I am. I am starting my 17th year teaching at Rocky River. During that time, I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th. I am beginning my third year on my return trip, teaching second grade after teaching first grade for two years. This year I will be teaching Math and Science along with Ms. Phelps, who will be teaching ELA and Social Studies. I am also super excited about meeting all of you this upcoming school year. I grew up in the Pittsburgh area. I graduated from Penn West Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in History. A few fun things that I like to do when I am not teaching are to take day trips, read a good mystery book, watch comedy movies, and play and watch sports. My favorite sports teams to watch are the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pirates, and Steelers.  Go Black and Gold!!
