Hello my name is Ms. Moyers and I am a 4th Grade teacher here at Rocky River Elementary!

A little bit about me...

About 2 and a half years ago, I followed my heart and moved out to North Carolina to attend UNC Charlotte pursuing Education, and it has since become my home. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. I was so fortunate to be placed at Rocky River to complete my student teaching and I absolutely fell in love with the community at our school and have been apart of the Rocky River family ever since.

I'm passionate about building strong relationships with my students and creating an environment in which students feel seen, heard, and capable of success! My goal is to not only shape the minds of our students academically, but to nurture and support their goals and dreams as individuals. I know we have another great year ahead of us and I can't wait to welcome our newest 4th graders!
