    What is Bullying?

    Bullying is unfair and one-sided. It happens when someone keeps hurting, frightening, threatening, or leaving someone out on purpose.

    Threatening communication that takes place

    CCS Bullying / Harassment Reporting Process

    Level One

    • Student, parent, or staff member completes a Student Bullying Report Form
    • Staff reviews incident
    • Interventions are implemented, as needed
    • Process repeated as needed

    Level Two (if bullying/harassment continues)

    • Administrator completes an investigation
    • Interventions and consequences are implemented, as needed
    • Bullying incident is recorded in NCWise
