Hello. My name is Samantha Portnoy and I am the School Social Worker for Rocky River Elementary School. I have been practing Social Work with children and families since 2009. I believe that every child has the potential to learn, the capacity for change and the ability to grow and develop a sense of purpose and belonging in his or her community.
