Hello Students, Parents and Guardians,

I am honored to be a part of the Hickory Ridge Academic and Athletic Family! I am originally from Long Island, New York and graduated from Bay Shore High School, received my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Wingate University and my Masters in Adolescent Education with an extension in Middle-choldhood for Education and Psychology from Dowling University. I taught in New York state for my first 6 years as a leave replacement teacher but in 2015 decided to move to Charlotte, North Carolina. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life having played since I was 12 years old. I believe that participating in extra curricular activities creates a more well-round young adult so once I graduated from college I have been coaching ever since. I am currently the Hickory Ridge Varsity and Middle Volleyball Head Coach. When I'm not at school with my students or team I enjoy spending time with my husband Alex, son Torrin and two dogs Roxy and Kato. I look forward to an amazing year with all of you!
