Please remember that our program is for the students and we ask that while we encourage you to take active part in the sporting events, please remember to keep your comments and actions positive.   

Abusive language and actions toward the athletes, coaches, and officials will not be tolerated at anytime.

Admission is $5.00 for adults and children (5 yrs+) 

All athletes must have a current physical on file in order to participate in sport including tryouts.  The form is below.  You can download and print it for your doctor to complete.

Concussion Forms

Each athlete is required to complete a Concussion Form for each academic year.  A copy of that form is attached above.  Concussion forms are valid from August 1 - July 31st.
