Pre-K & K - 12 Enrollment for 2024-2025
Registration is open for all students.
We welcome all children to register for Grades K-12 here. Once you submit the online enrollment application, the school will reach out to you.For new or returning preschool students, click here to register. Students must be at least three years old on or before August 31, 2024. This registers your child with Caldwell County Schools. It does not guarantee enrollment in a preschool classroom.

CCS Preschool Programs are now open for applications for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year! Programs include engaging elementary classrooms, new high school early learning labs, and a free part-time program for 3-year-olds. For more details, click here. -
Project Graduation '24 - Let's Celebrate!
All seniors and their guests are invited to Project Graduation '24 in celebration of the Class of 2024!
Enjoy arcade, mini-golf, laser tag, bowling, and games, free from 9 pm to 12 midnight for all 2024 graduates and their guests on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Bo's Entertainment in Lenoir. Nearly $10K in prizes, games, food, etc., and $20K in scholarships.

This survey helps the state and Caldwell County Schools assess student and family needs concerning internet access and devices. If your student was issued a Caldwell County Schools device, you are recommended to use that device to complete the survey.

Caldwell County Schools Preschool Jump Start Program
Caldwell County Schools is accepting applications for the 2024-2025 Preschool Jump Start Program, a half-day preschool program for 3, 4, and 5-year-olds, with priority given to 3-year-olds. This program is free to all 3-year-olds. The Jump Start Preschool Academy is located at Whitnel Elementary School. Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 8-10 am or 11:30 am to 2 pm. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, classes are held from 8-10 am. Breakfast or lunch is included. Space is limited, so please apply soon!

The Parent Portal lets you access your student's attendance, grades, test scores, assignments, and more.

To view your student's test scores, go to Navigation and select State Test Reports. Your students' test results will be displayed. Please get in touch with your school's Data Manager if you are experiencing problems with your account.

Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremonies Underway
The Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremonies are in full swing, celebrating the achievements of 81 students at Caldwell Early College High School and 47 at Caldwell Applied Sciences Academy (CASA). Between the two graduating classes, students completed an impressive 9,247 college credit hours during their high school years, totaling a savings of approximately $702,772 for families. Additionally, as these graduates continue their education journey, they have been awarded scholarships worth $10 million.

Google Teams with Caldwell County Schools for Hands-on 'Building with Google' Event
More than 60 middle school students participated in a hands-on "Building with Google" event at the Freedman Center on Friday, April 26. The students built their own computers using Raspberry Pi devices, exploring the exciting world of hardware and software engineering.

Caldwell Early College High Chemistry Teacher Awarded Prestigious Grants for Professional Development and Classroom Innovation
Lauren Smith, an Honors Chemistry teacher at Caldwell Early College High School, has been awarded the American Chemical Society Hach Grant for Professional Development. This grant will enable her to participate in the Biennial Conference on Chemical Education at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY, this summer.
