Veronica Hulin

Greetings! I am new to Concord/Cabarrus County and I am excited to be here! I heal from Wilmington, NC. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) with a Bachelor's degree in English with a Professional and Creative Writing focus. I also earned my teaching certification from UNCW. I attended Grand Canyon University to earn my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Additionally, I attended Gardner Webb University to complete the add-on licensure Administrator program. I currently attend Gardner Webb University working on my doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction and will be finishing up May of 2024! I have been in education for the past 23 years. In that time, I have taught all grade levels in middle school as an ELA teacher and STAE (it's like AVID) teacher. I am certified in 6-9 ELA, 9-12 English, and as a Principal. One day I hope to walk in that role so that I can help teachers be strong leaders in their classrooms and their schools. My present position is the ELA coach at Concord Middle and I am ecstatic to work in this role. My teaching philosophy is "Every child can learn when provided the opportunity to discover who they truly are."
