My Chromebook won't Charge or Turn on! 

About 85% of the time, this is due to the battery needing to be refreshed. To do this, follow the directions below:

• Plug in the laptop (this procedure won't work if not plugged in!)
  
  
• Press and hold the Refresh key and Power key for 10 seconds:
  
  
  

• The battery light should flash and the Chromebook can now be turned on and charged.....
  
  
• If this does NOT fix your issue, it could be a bad battery; put in a Work Order to Mr. Trump and give your computer to him for a replacement / fix.
