Ms. Melissa Gallimore

Hello and welcome to my webpage. I am happy to be serving Northwest Middle School and Northwest High School for the 2020-2021 school year. This will be my 14th year in Cabarrus County Schools serving as a School Social Worker. I attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte for both undergraduate and graduate school where I received a BA in Psychology and a Masters in Social Work. I am also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

As a School Social Worker, my goal is to serve as a liasion between home, school and community to help students and families overcome obstacles in order to reach their potential. A detailed list of services are listed on the School Social Work website.
