    Here you'll find Questions and Answers for the most common issues. 

     

    • I’m locked out.
    • I can’t see all my courses!
    • Chrome gives me a message that it “Does not support Canvas”
    • I still can’t make a Parent account
    • _____________  can’t log in to Office 365 or Canvas
      • Make sure that they are using their complete email when logging in (mtrump1234@cabarrus.k12.nc.us) and their correct ID#.  Some students have strange logins so may have to be looked up (ask your child's teacher).

    • Student is not in Teams
      • (From the District) Due to timing and Microsoft's licensing issues, this may take longer for some students to populate. This sometimes requires a reboot or logging out and back in.

    • Student can’t access a Word doc / Google doc posted
      • Have student(s) click on Office 365 and  Google Drive on the left sidebar and log into their accounts.  This should alleviate issues. 

    • Students can’t change their background
      • The District disabled this….all they can do is Blur Background now.
