Greetings, Titan Families!  I am so excited to begin year 3 at NCMS as your MTSS Coach...Northwest is TRULY a great place to learn and work! This begins my 19th year in education and my 13th with Cabarrus County Schools. I spent 12 years teaching first grade before transitioning to MTSS coach at Winecoff Elementary School. 2020 was my first year working in middle school, so I can relate to how the 6th graders feel when moving up levels! I love working at Northwest, and look forward to getting to know, support, and build relationships with all of our wonderful Titans!
