Mrs. Bethany Gregory

I'm the STEM High School Coordinator/Coach for Northwest Cabarrus High School and Middle School. I spent my first years in education teaching high school social studies in urban Cumberland County and Mecklenburg County. I joined Cabarrus County Schools in 2011, serving as an Advanced Placement and STEM social studies instructor, as well as the events/leadership coordinator of Central Cabarrus High School.

After several years of implementing STEM education into the classroom, I became the STEM Coordinator for CCHS. STEM has opened my eyes to a whole new world as to what education can be. It engages students and equips them with critical thinking, problem solving, creative and collaborative skills, and ultimately establishes connections between the school, work place, community, and the global economy. I am always eager to share the knowledge I've learned over the years with as many educators as I can and spread this passion.
