Athletes and Parents of Athletes

  • I am a licensed healthcare provider which is how I am able to work as an athletic trainer for the athletic department here at Concord Middle School.  I am your athlete's first responder during athletic events and practices here on campus.  I have always been very involved with sports.  I played volleyball in middle and high school, cheered up until the end of 8th grade (school and competitvely), and worked with the high school football team all during high school.

I am the first person that your child see's after an injury and I am there to make sure that all athletes are participating in sports safely.

In order to play a sport, the following information needs to be completed by the first day of workouts/tryouts:

These forms are required every year for athletes in order to be allowed to participate in sport (PRACTICE OR GAMES)

Cabarrus County Middle Schools follow guidelines posted by NCHSAA, please visit their site in order to find more information regarding this coming sports season.

I am always looking for student helpers to help me on the side line!  If your student is interest in getting involved with sports without actually playing, send them my way!  This hold the ability to be a fantastic learning opportunity for any student, especially those interested in sports, medicine, or both!
