Mrs. Wasko

Hello! My name is Mrs. Shelley Wasko and I am so excited to be the MTSS coach at Furr this year! I was born and raised in Rockingham, North Carolina. I have been in the Charlotte/Concord area since 2004. I taught Kindergarten in Charlotte for 7 years and have been teaching at Carl Furr for 8.5 years. I live in Concord with my husband, my two daughters, and our dog Scout. 

I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2008 with a degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master’s degree in 2012 from Gardner-Webb University in Educational Leadership Studies.
