Mrs. Heather Ward

Welcome to 1st Grade! My name is Heather Ward.  I am a graduate of UNCC. I have been teaching for over 20 years. This is my third year teaching 1st grade. I have been here at Furr since it opened, teaching both 2nd and 4th grades.  I am also a parent in the county of two boys who attend Winkler Middle School and West Cabarrus High School.

I am looking forward to a successful year! 

This year I will be using the Bloomz app to communicate the fun things that go on in our classroom, as well as important dates and information. Please follow the steps below to join our class Bloomz website:

3. Check-in often to see current updates and new information.
