Mrs. Joy Johnson

I am so excited to be a lead teacher with third-fifth graders this year!  I have been teaching in Cabarrus County for twenty one years. This is my tenth year at Furr and I love being a Falcon (all of my schools growing up were Falcons also)!

My husband Rob and I have two daughters named Haley and Sophia.  Haley will be a sophmore in high school this year and Sophie will be a seventh grader!  We also have an energetic dog named Duke.  I was born in Charlotte but moved to Philadelphia when I was two.  That would explain why I love the Eagles and Panthers!  I moved down to Concord in 1999 and love the Carolina blue sky! 

I am looking forward to a terrific year working with students and teachers!
