Once you locate a decade relevant to the time period in which your author had written, get ideas regarding important people and significant events by exploring the Table of Contents and the Index.

    • Select ‘Fairport Central Schools’ from the drop-down menu
    • Login with your network username & password
    • Search for a book in digital and/or audio format
    • Download checkout (READ format ebook or MP3 audio book) to a personal device
    • OR if you don’t have a personal device, download checkout (READ format ebook or MP3 audio book) into the cloud
      • You will then be able to access it from any device by going back to the BOCES Overdrive website and logging in.

Inter-Library Loan (ILL): The FHS library can ILL books from most school, public, college/university and speciality libraries in the greater Rochester area region

    • WorldCat – select the dark blue tabs for the specific types of resources you’re looking for, and then conduct a search for those items in all public and academic (colleges/universities) libraries around the world
