School Budget Vote & Board of Education Election is May 21
Fairport Central School District residents will go to the polls on Tuesday, May 21 from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Johanna Perrin Middle School.
Budget highlights include:
- The $132,199,783 total budget is a 2.47% increase over the prior year’s budget
- The budget is in compliance with the Property Tax Cap
- The estimated tax rate is a projected $22.77,
Board of Education adopts 2019-20 budget; budget hearing May 7 & vote scheduled for May 21
The Fairport Central School District Board of Education voted to adopt the 2019-20 school budget at the April 23 Board of Education meeting at Fairport High School.
Budget highlights include:

Absentee ballot application for May 21 vote
Residents who are unable to vote on the school budget and Board of Education candidates on May 21, 2019 because of disability, illness or travel may apply for an absentee ballot by completing the application and returning it to Fairport Central School District, Office of the District Clerk,
Community budget meeting to be held March 7
Fairport community members have opportunities to provide input on the upcoming 2019-20 budget development process. Residents are encouraged to attend the the Community Group Budget Meeting on Thursday, March 7 at 7 p.m. at Martha Brown Middle School.
Superintendent Brett Provenzano and Assistant Superintendent for Business Matthew Stevens will share preliminary information about the 2019-20 budget process,

Residents approve 2018-19 school budget
Residents in the Fairport Central School District approved the 2018-19 school budget, Tuesday May 15.

2018-19 Fairport school budget vote is Tuesday, May 15
The Fairport Central School District Board of Education voted to adopt the 2018-19 school budget at the Special Meeting of the Board of Education, April 17 at Fairport High School. District administration also presented the budget proposal to the community at the Public Hearing on May 1.
