As part of our ongoing efforts to make our schools as safe as possible for students, the Fairport Central School District will hold safety drills the week of October 7. Throughout the week, students will learn and practice emergency safety drills, including shelter-in-place, hold-in-place, evacuation, lockout, and lockdown. We practice these drills to refine our safety and emergency response practices to help us be as prepared as possible in the event of an actual emergency,

As you may be aware from our Fairport High School (FHS) community, FHS administrators and Monroe County Sheriff deputies have been investigating concerns regarding social media reports of a school safety issue at FHS. Since yesterday and through this morning,

The Fairport Central School District invites all school community members to a forum on the Safety, Security and Well-Being of Students and Staff, Tuesday, March 13 at Fairport High School, room 512, from 6:45-8 p.m.
Roberts Wesleyan College Associate Professor Mark J. Concordia will be the keynote speaker.
