Experience - I have been a registered nurse for 23 years with a concentration on Pediatrics. I am currently achieving my Masters degree in education at 59 years old!! My family has a strong teaching and nursing background and I am very excited to be teaching a class where both modalities work together to promote learning.

Why I became an educator - Education is in my genetic code. Even in my years of nursing, I have always had to teach. Now I am just taking it into the classroom.
