Wendy Barnhardt, Ed.S has served as the Dean of Health and Education programs at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) since 2012.  She has more than thirty years of experience in healthcare with eleven years in healthcare education at Forsyth Tech Community College and RCCC.  Ms. Barnhardt is passionate about quality healthcare education and strives to promote health and wellness in her workplace and community.  Her doctorate capstone research project is “Creating a Culture of Health and Wellness in Healthcare Education”.
