There are some great suggestions on this list! Some of these are geared towards younger kids, but look it over and see what interests you. My favorite is to sit in silence for 6o minutes and record all the things that occur during that time. It isn't often we are forced/allowed to just slow down and silently observe the world around us! Take advantage of this time!
