Mr. Dye - "tha Bible Guy!"

A LITTLE ABOUT ME...

I have taught Bible in public school for 20+ years, mostly in CCS, but, I grew up in East Africa as an "MK" - missionary kid.  My family lived in Ethiopia and Sudan until I was 10.  We returned to N.Carolina in 1982 ("Jordan hits the shot!").  I began my teaching career at MPHS in 1994, and after 15 years away "the prodigal teacher returned"!   I have four daughters, ages 10,8,6, and 4, two dogs and enjoy the outdoors as well as sports, mystery/suspense movies and novels.

I love what I teach and who I teach - YOU!  You are a unique and wonderful person!  I am excited to help you, not just with learning the Bible, but with life!  I will be your advocate and an adult you can come to and trust.  We all need help in life and please know you can come to me.

Helping students explore and understand the Bible for themselves, no matter what level they start from.  I am excited to have a new group of students to get to know and learn with this semester!
