Mrs. Meredith Farrell

Hello!  My name is Meredith Farrell and I am the Graduation Coach/504 Coordinator at MPHS.  This is my 20th year in Cabarrus County Schools and my 2nd year at MPHS.  I received my B.A. from Campbell University and my M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from American College of Education.  I am also a National Board Certified Teacher.  I am looking forward to working with all of our students and helping each of them be successful.
