Grindle Named National Merit FinalistThomas Grindle, a senior at Baker High School, has been named a finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Competition. His standing in the competition is based on his score on last year’s PSAT. Scholarship winners will be announced later this month. Baldwinsville Robotics Team Headed to World ChampionshipsA Baldwinsville robotics team has qualified for the world championships while another team won the Judges Award at the Northern New York State VEX High School Championships held at Onondaga Community College on March 2, 2019. READ MOREBoard of Ed Approves 2019-2020 CalendarAt its March 4, 2019 meeting, the Board of Education approved the district's annual calendar for the 2019-2020 school year. You can view it HERE. Guests Travel Around the World at Baker Culture FestivalOn February 28, Baker High School hosted its first culture festival. Students, parents and teachers were involved with the festival, which featured the foods, traditions, music and clothing of over 20 different cultures. Countries represented included Canada, Turkey, Ireland, Guatemala, and Korea. READ MORE Thank you, Kiwanis Club!At the March 4, 2019 Board of Education meeting, representatives from the Baldwinsville Kiwanis Club presented the district with a donation of $3,500 dollars to be used for the district’s Get Ready for Kindergarten program.
