Welcome!

I teach 6th grade English, ELD, and Guitar at Roosevelt. 

I studied music and teaching at U.C. San Diego and went on to get my M.A. in Educational Technology at San Diego State. I have taught in GUSD since 2001, and 2023 will mark my 28th year as a teacher.

When I am not teaching, I spend time with my wife, two children, and my dogs. I also enjoy traveling, reading, woodworking, and playing guitar.
