Roosevelt partnered with Verizon to become a Verizon Innovative School (VILS) in 2020. This partnership will continue until June of 2024. As the VILS Coach for Roosevelt, I get to work with teachers on integrating technology into their lessons, and support students and staff on their chromebooks.

Bio: I graduated from California State University of California, Bakersfield in 2003 with my teaching credential with supplements in English and science, and I acquired a master of science in education focused in the area of Integrating Technology in the Classroom from Walden University in 2011. I have taught at Roosevelt since 2006.
