The Italian program at Franklin extends its gratitude to the Italian Cultural Institute of Los Angeles for their generous donation of books to be added to our library. We thank our partners for their support in promoting Italian language and culture by adding books of high interest that students will enjoy reading.
The Glendale Unified School District extends their deepest gratitude to Fondazione Italia for their generous grant to the Italian program at Franklin, Toll Middle School, and Hoover High School. The grant funds are generously provided by the Italian government under the auspices of the Consulate General of Italy in Los Angeles. Through their financial support, GUSD is able to fund teaching assistants who are native speakers of Italian at Franklin and supplemental funding for the middle and high school Italian teacher as the program grows. Their contribution is instrumental to the success of the Italian language program throughout the district.
Franklin Magnet School thanks the French FACE Foundation for their grants that fund extra instructional support in our French language program.
