The last day of school meals in Fairport will be Tuesday, June 30. To support Fairport residents in need of food during the summer months, the District is partnering with the Perinton Food Shelf and the East Rochester Union Free School District.
Perinton Food Shelf is available for Fairport residents in need of emergency food supplies.
Residents in the Fairport Central School District approved the 2020-21 school budget with a 69% approval.

Future planning in the Fairport Central School District, with its focus on Educational Programming, Fiscal Sustainability and Facilities Planning, is making progress since the District’s Strategic Initiatives were finalized in 2018.
The Fairport Central School District has over 30 retiring staff for the 2019-20 school year. The District thanks all of its retirees for their service and dedication to the Fairport school community. The Fairport Art Department has put together a collection of artwork that would have been on display at this year’s budget vote. The work was gathered from art teachers that teach grades K-12. This collection celebrates the diverse imaginations and talents our students possess. We thank you for your continued support of the visual arts.

New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a new executive order on Sunday, June 7 for the annual School Budget Vote and Board Elections.
The order extends it for any received by mail to June 16. However, all hand-delivered ballots must still be submitted by 5 p.m. tomorrow,
